Registration Information

Registration is now open! 

Payment of the registration fees is possible only by bank transfer*.

The registration fee covers participation in the meeting, including coffee breaks, daily lunches during the conference, and one social event.

Detailed payment instructions, including full bank information, will be sent by email after registration.

After completing the bank transfer, participants are kindly requested to send a copy by mail of the payment receipt together with the invoice form provided by us, duly completed with their billing information, in order to facilitate and expedite the confirmation and administrative processing of their registration.  Please note that international bank transfers may take several days to be processed and reflected in our account.

*Please note that all bank charges and transfer fees must be borne by the paying party. The organizing institution does not assume responsibility for any additional banking costs.

**Standard registration rates are applied after the early registration deadline and until the end of the conference.

(1) Please provide proof of status allowing us to set your user status to "student" in our user administration database. This may take up to two working days.

(2)  Aged 60 or older and retired from full-time employment. Please note that this requires us to set your user status to "emeritus" in our user administration database. This may take up to two working days.

Cancellation policy

Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by mail until 31 August 2026. The cancellation fee is €50.

Cancellations after 31 August  2026 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. 

A change of attendance is possible until 31 August 2026. The processing fee is €50.

Registration changes after 31 August 2026 are not possible.

No reason for cancellation will be accepted as grounds for waiving the above-mentioned cancellation fees.
