Registration Information

Registration will be open from 2 February 2026.

Payment of the registration fees will be possible only by bank transfer. The procedure will be provided in detail when registration opens. 

The registration fees cover only the meeting itself.

Rates for on-site participation

Standard registration rates are applied after the early registration deadline and until the end of the conference.

(1) Please provide proof of status allowing us to set your user status to "student" in our user administration database. This may take up to two working days.

(2)  Aged 60 or older and retired from full-time employment. Please note that this requires us to set your user status to "emeritus" in our user administration database. This may take up to two working days.

Cancellation policy

Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by mail until 31 August 2026. The cancellation fee is €50.

Cancellations after 31 August  2026 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. 

A change of attendance is possible until 31 August 2026. The processing fee is €50.

Registration changes after 31 August 2026 are not possible.

No reason for cancellation will be accepted as grounds for waiving the above-mentioned cancellation fees."
